Position Overview

The Technical Sourcer will be an integral member of the Recruiting and People team. As our headcount has grown dramatically from approximately 100 to over 1300 employees in four years, we are seeking a Technical Sourcer to play a key role in identifying top talent for our Engineering and Product organizations. In this position, you will be responsible for research, outreach, and initial candidate screening. You will manage relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters, overseeing pipelines for multiple roles concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop effective pipeline-building strategies.
• Build candidate pipelines to fill assigned roles by leveraging historical pipeline data.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify passive and active technical candidates.
• Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach, highlighting our company culture and career opportunities.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within Ashby (ATS).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical sourcing.
• Provide regular updates to recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing progress and challenges.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience as a technical talent sourcer in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to identify relevant skills and experience (ideally, experience sourcing Machine Learning Engineers).
• Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and outreach platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the development of high-performing prospect outreach messaging.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
