Requirements

Serve as a senior technical SME and strategic leader within Global Service Management
Drive platform innovation, lead technical delivery, and ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems
Collaborate with architects, developers, vendors, and business stakeholders to shape and evolve the ServiceNow ecosystem

Responsibilities

Own the technical roadmap for ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals (Platform Leadership)
Lead end-to-end technical delivery for new features, including configuration, workflow design, UI customization, reporting, and integrations (Solution Delivery)
Architect and implement integrations with LDAP/Active Directory, SSO (SAML, SiteMinder), REST/SOAP APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, VMware), and enterprise systems (Integration Strategy)
Conduct impact analysis and code reviews to ensure conformance with architecture, data, and integration standards (Governance & Standards)
