Requirements
- Formation BAC+5 (école de commerce, école d’ingénieur, formation universitaire)
- Expérience sur Oracle E-Business Suite R12 et/ou ERP Cloud
- Maîtrise d’un ou plusieurs domaines : Finance, Comptabilité et Gestion, Gestion budgétaire, comptabilité publique, maîtrise des chaînes de dépense et recette, gestion d’affaires, planification et gestion de production
- Dimension Métier et bonne capacité d’analyse
- Profils variés : jusqu’à 5 années d’expérience (Consultant expérimenté), plus de 5 années (Consultant Senior), ou Manager
Responsibilities
- Encadrer et/ou réaliser des missions en lien avec les directions métier et DSI des clients dans le cadre de leurs transformations SI
- Réaliser des études de cadrage et définition des plans projet
- Prendre en compte les besoins fonctionnels et rédiger des cahiers des charges
- Conduire des réunions / ateliers de conception
- Formaliser et optimiser des processus
- Fournir un support aux utilisateurs dans les étapes de qualification
- Gérer la relation client sur les missions
- Manager les consultants et développer leurs compétences
- Contribuer aux actions de développement sur de nouvelles opportunités
- Participer aux actions commerciales et aux dossiers d'Avant-vente
- Développer votre expertise sectorielle appliquée aux ERP Oracle (EBS et Cloud) et la partager au sein des communautés
- Participer à la préservation et à l’amélioration d’un environnement humain, professionnel et de qualité au sein des équipes
