Responsibilities

Intégration et compréhension de l'environnement, des méthodes de travail et des enjeux de l'activité (Mois 1-4)
Prise en main des outils (ERP, Slack, Notion, Asana) et compréhension de leur logique, fonctionnement et liens avec le Système d'Information (SI) et les schémas comptables (Mois 1-4)
Participation active aux clôtures mensuelles (revues analytiques, contrôle de cohérence, etc.) (Mois 1-4)
Contribution à l’amélioration des dossiers de clôture mensuelle en proposant des feuilles de travail robustes pour documenter chaque cycle (immobilisations, paie/payroll, fournisseurs, etc.) (Mois 1-4)
Assurer l'autonomie sur les travaux de clôture confiés, y compris la justification de l'intégralité des comptes responsables (Mois 5+)
Montée en compétence sur les spécificités comptables et réglementaires du secteur de l’énergie (Mois 5+)
Agir comme support technique pour les autres membres de l’équipe (Mois 5+)
Être proactif dans l'identification et la résolution des sujets (problem solver) (Mois 5+)
Contribuer à faire de la comptabilité un outil de structuration de l'information financière et d'aide à la décision (Mois 5+)
