You will lead and manage a team of composite fabricators and technicians as a key member of the growing engineering and production team, working closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and production.
Strong candidates have experience supervising composite manufacturing, expertise in material selection and handling (e.g., fiberglass, resins), quality control for DoD standards, process optimization, and training junior technicians.
