Commercial Roofing Supervisor**** at Bone Dry Roofing

The compensation range is $80,000 to $120,000 annual salary potential, including base pay plus incentives.

This is not a remote position; it requires working outdoors on commercial job sites, ability to travel to job sites as required, and physical work including climbing ladders and lifting heavy materials.

Requirements include 5+ years of commercial roofing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, strong knowledge of roofing systems like TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built-up, and Metal, ability to read blueprints and technical drawings, OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred, and excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A strong candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent with vocational training preferred, ability to pass a background check, valid driver’s license, bilingual English/Spanish skills as a plus, and proven supervisory experience in commercial roofing with knowledge of safety compliance and quality standards.
