Requirements

1-year previous experience in commercial/industrial water treatment or 3-5 years of experience in electrical or plumbing industry
Mechanical inclination and problem-solving skills
High level of motivation to complete assigned tasks in an efficient and effective manner
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently (critical thinking)
Ability to work under deadlines and physically demanding conditions (ability to move product up to 185 lbs)
Superb verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license
Must pass DOT physical exam
Preferred: Sales experience or willingness to learn
Subject to pre-employment background check, drug screening, motor vehicle records check, and DOT physical

Responsibilities

Service, install, and repair commercial and industrial water treatment equipment (e.g., in hospitals, restaurants, hotels, boiler feed water systems)
Represent Culligan in the community in a safe and professional manner
Provide face-to-face customer service to existing and prospective customers
Communicate vital information regarding customers to other dealership departments
Go above and beyond to meet customers’ needs
Promote and sell other Culligan products and services
Troubleshoot technical issues using problem-solving skills
