Responsibilities

運用設計に関する顧客折衝、ドキュメント作成、運用チームへの引き継ぎ
現状のメインフレームの環境を理解したうえで、新しいオープン環境で同等の運用をどのように実現するかを検討・実装
メインフレームからAWSクラウドへの移行に伴う運用設計をリード
クラウド環境での運用プロセス、監視、ジョブ管理、障害対応フローの設計
運用自動化、ジョブスケジューリング（JP1/AJS3）、監視（JP1/IM3）、ログ管理（Syslog）などの設計・導入
移行後の運用テスト計画策定と実行管理
各種ミドルウェアの仕様を理解した運用設計、運用テスト計画と実行
メインフレームと関連する端末、プリンタ、帳票システムを理解した運用設計、運用テスト計画と実行
プロジェクト成功に向けた顧客に対して必要なコミュニケーションの実施
顧客に対して、プレゼンテーションを担当
顧客の課題や要望を理解し、コスト面・技術面・運用面を考慮した最適な運用の提案
パートナーやオフショアと協調をしてのプロジェクト推進
案件の成功に向けてチームをリード
