Candidates should have 0-1 years of relevant experience, demonstrating the ability to work independently or in a team with good organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to master clinical trial database systems are necessary, along with good English language skills and knowledge of applicable Country Regulations, ICH Good Clinical Practices, and organization/client SOPs.
The Clinical Trial Coordinator will manage multiple tasks efficiently, analyze project-specific data for accuracy, and maintain a strong customer focus. They will need to reprioritize workload based on changing project timelines and ensure compliance with all non-clinical/clinical aspects of project implementation, execution, and closeout. The role requires effective communication, good judgment, decision-making, risk management, and the ability to accurately follow project work instructions.
