Requirements

Candidates should possess a high / secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification, and preferably a Bachelor’s degree. Previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, comparable to 0 to 1 year, is preferred. Some equivalencies consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience may be considered sufficient.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, the individual will provide administrative and technical support to the Project Team, coordinate and oversee assigned trial activities, perform file reviews and document findings, ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard, support the maintenance of study documentation and systems, provide system support, assist with RBM activities, process documents for clients, support scheduling of meetings, review regulatory documents, transmit documents to clients, analyze study metrics, assist with coordination of investigator site files, and support study-specific translation materials.
