Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Requires 0-1 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Must have good English language skills and proficient local language skills as needed. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of mastering clinical trial database systems. Must be able to complete the organization's clinical training program. Requires good organizational skills, strong attention to detail, customer focus, flexibility, and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provides administrative and technical support to the Project Team. Supports audit readiness by ensuring files are reviewed according to SOPs and department guidance. Provides administrative support for site activation activities and aids in developing the critical path for site activation. May represent CRG personnel, utilize local knowledge, and develop/review site lists for feasibility activities. May act as a buddy and provide training to new staff. Must be able to accurately analyze project-specific data and systems, attain and maintain knowledge of applicable regulations, ICH GCP, and organization SOPs/WPDs, and manage risk appropriately.
