Requirements

Candidates should possess a life science degree and have proven experience in clinical trial coordination or a similar research role. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and outstanding communication skills are essential. Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Spanish is required, along with the ability to determine priorities and implement project plans. Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to master clinical trial database systems are necessary. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of applicable country regulations, ICH Good Clinical Practices, and organizational/client SOPs and WPDs.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Trial Coordinator will coordinate, oversee, and complete functions for assigned trial activities, ensuring tasks are performed on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard. This role involves proactively communicating risks, providing system support, and ensuring system databases are current. Responsibilities include performing administrative tasks such as processing documents, conducting reviews, and distributing communications. The coordinator will also analyze and reconcile study metrics, assist with clarification of findings, and help coordinate study materials and supplies. Maintaining knowledge of SOPs and regulatory guidelines, supporting scheduling, reviewing local regulatory documents, and assisting with study-specific documentation and systems are also key duties. The role includes maintaining vendor trackers, supporting regulatory submissions, preparing compliance review packages, and collaborating with internal departments and teammates to meet project deadlines and address site issues.
