Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations, preferably within non-interventional studies. Strong knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and clinical trial processes is required, and experience in managing clinical teams is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Team Manager, you will lead all clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies, ensuring compliance with ICH GCP guidelines and project-specific requirements. You will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the clinical management team, developing clinical tools, contributing to the Master Action Plan, and maintaining the Trial Master File. Additionally, you will collaborate with the project manager to prepare for client meetings, and participate in the design and development of clinical documents, while ensuring timely delivery of clinical deliverables within agreed timelines and budget.
