  • Experience providing clinical support in-theatre during orthopaedic surgeries (highly regarded)
  • Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment
  • Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills
  • Self-starter who is results driven and solutions focused
  • Autonomous and able to work as part of a team
  • Organised with good time management skills
  • Rights to work in New Zealand

Responsibilities

  • Attending surgical procedures and providing expert technical support to Orthopaedic Surgeons and Nursing staff in the correct and safe use of products (Trauma, Hip, Knee and Shoulder portfolio)
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Providing in-service training to Registrars, Nursing staff etc
  • Optimising opportunities by passing on leads to the Sales Team
  • Providing product demos as required
  • Maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing training
  • Driving clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience
