Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Home Health & Hospice setting
  • Minimum one (1) year experience using HCHB to perform operations relating to the Home Health and Hospice Business model
  • Verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information and communicate with all levels of management
  • Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
  • General Android Device and PC Troubleshooting

Responsibilities

  • Provide general HCHB support to employees using the HCHB Back office and the Point Care application in the field
  • Develop, maintain and perform training for internal employees
  • Analyze and troubleshoot all issues with internal EMR systems pertaining to clinical processing of visits, documents, data, billing and other issues as needed
  • Transmission/Rejection resolution of Oasis and HIS transmissions to State
  • Create Best-Practice processes for EMR systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Executive Leadership, Operational Management, And Agency Directors
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
