Clinic Administrative Assistant at Fresenius Medical Care

The Clinic Administrative Assistant will execute secretarial and administrative assignments of confidential nature, relieve management of clerical, administrative, and business detail, and maintain official department filing systems and records management. They will prepare memos, correspondence, agendas, minutes, and policy explanations, collect and analyze information, assist in department reporting requirements, assemble budgets and track expenses, pay and track invoicing, schedule appointments and maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, organize travel arrangements and complete expense reports, interface with various levels of management and external customers, and assist with various projects as assigned. They will also handle incoming phone calls professionally and maintain front office etiquette.
