Requirements

1-2 years of general office experience
High School diploma or equivalent experience
Ability to effectively communicate and present information in writing and verbally to DC Manager and Warehouse Supervisor
Ability to manage processes and distribution of shipments by purchase order and location for efficient day-to-day needs
Ability to proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage time and resources in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn and use retail inventory management systems
Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
Valid California driver’s license with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years

Responsibilities

Maintain daily operations of the Retail Distribution Center, supported by Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisor
Handle processing, tagging, and distributing of all retail products to all store locations
Perform inventory maintenance
Handle distribution center required fulfillments
Conduct bi-annual physical inventory
