Requirements
- Ideally holder of a BTS in electrotechnics
- At least 10 years of professional experience in maintenance of high voltage and low voltage electrical equipment
- At least 3 years in team management roles
- Leadership skills and strong autonomy
- Strong sense of service
- Essential respect for safety rules
- Ideally one or more electrical authorizations/habilitations
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office pack and Outlook
- Knowledge of CMMS (GMAO) desired
- Valid B driver's license
Responsibilities
- Pilot preventive/curative maintenance actions and coordinate team interventions (team of about 10 people) on high and low voltage equipment (electrical cabinets, transformers, outlets, lighting, generators, UPS, etc.)
- Accompany the team on-site daily to develop team cohesion, optimize technician productivity, and foster an mindset of exceeding expectations and initiative
- Ensure training and professional development of the team
- Manage budget to acquire necessary maintenance equipment
- Participate in developing strategy and procedures, and relay them to the team
- Follow works and contribute to investment projects
- Guarantee excellent relations with internal clients
- Provide regular reporting to hierarchy and proactively collaborate with daytime team leaders
- Enforce safety rules and instructions
