Centralized scheduling for NCH cardiologists, APP’s, and surgeons
Answering incoming patient and referring office calls
Electronic referral processing
Processing clinical workload requests
Following up on voicemails
Data entry of single to multiple appointments utilizing multiple screens and modules to coordinate with acute and ambulatory modules
EMR creation
Obtaining patient demographics
Instructing patients prior to procedures according to guidelines
