  • Answering incoming patient and referring office calls
  • Electronic referral processing
  • Processing clinical workload requests
  • Following up on voicemails
  • Data entry of single to multiple appointments utilizing multiple screens and modules to coordinate with acute and ambulatory modules
  • EMR creation
  • Obtaining patient demographics
  • Instructing patients prior to procedures according to guidelines
