We are launching an exciting new program focused on providing live design support to our customers. This initiative is specifically designed to assist dentists with complex or aesthetic dental cases. As a Live Design Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in guiding dentists through challenging design scenarios in real-time, thereby boosting their confidence and satisfaction with our products. You will collaborate directly with dental professionals, offering expert design insights to improve case outcomes and minimize back-and-forth communication.

Responsibilities

• Real-Time Case Collaboration: Engage with dentists during live sessions to review designs, refine treatment plans, and tackle complex cases, ensuring both aesthetic and functional requirements are met. Provide immediate solutions and foster confidence in Dandy’s digital tools.
• Enhance the Doctor Experience: Deliver personalized and empathetic support to dentists managing aesthetic or challenging cases. Build trust through direct interaction, assisting them in navigating intricate workflows while increasing their comfort with Dandy's technology.
• Effective Communication Management: Resolve potential communication breakdowns by facilitating clear, thoughtful, and real-time discussions. Ensure seamless collaboration and high satisfaction, particularly in cases requiring multiple design revisions or where alignment has been difficult.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in complex and high-aesthetic anterior dental design.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on bench experience in a dental laboratory setting.
• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to translate technical design details into clear, actionable insights for dentists.
• Customer-Focused Approach: Demonstrated ability to build rapport and effectively manage concerns, ideally within a design or technical support environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the capability to navigate complex cases and design challenges.
• Familiarity with Digital Dental Products & Processes: Previous experience with Dandy products or similar dental design tools is considered an asset.
