Requirements

Board certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of California with an unrestricted license
Able to provide primary and gynecology care and support all aspects of women’s health with compassion and empathy
Adept at providing primary care services including annual exams and pap smears, hypertension management, diabetes management, anxiety and depression management, urgent care concerns (coughs, sore throat, abdominal pain, etc.), basic dermatological condition management, STD screens, UTI & vaginal infections consults
Highly tech savvy and facile with technology
Willing to work some evenings + weekends as needed by schedule (e.g., one evening shift per week)
Authorized to work in the US
Motivated to elevate women’s care with a shared-decision making approach
Believe patients know their body best and practice as a true partner on their health journey
Tolerant and inclusive thinker who believes in sex-positive, no judgment, and radically inclusive healthcare

Responsibilities

Provide affirming primary care for women including gynecological services, primary care, procedures, and holistic whole person care as part of Tia’s Virtual Care Team
Participate in formation and iteration of the care model, including direct patient care, technology development, interdisciplinary case studies, protocol development, and innovation
Work flexible schedule including 10 hr or 8 hr days, start times 7a-9a or 10a-12p, with expectation of one evening shift per week (part-time or full-time)
