Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Learn Tilt’s products, value proposition, and target markets (0–3 months)
  • Build and qualify outbound prospect lists (0–3 months)
  • Manage inbound processes by reaching out to and engaging new leads (0–3 months)
  • Onboard sellers and guide them to become great streamers through training and support (0–3 months)
  • Handle account management tasks, motivating and maintaining relationships with existing sellers (0–3 months)
  • Execute outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn (0–3 months)
  • Achieve first lead generation and meeting booking targets (0–3 months)
  • Support the Country Manager with initial client outreach (0–3 months)
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead and opportunity targets (3+ months)
  • Own and manage key stages of the sales funnel for your assigned region (3+ months)
  • Develop strong market knowledge and insights for your country (3+ months)
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key prospects, sellers, and partners (3+ months)
  • Provide feedback to marketing and sales to continuously optimise strategy and performance (3+ months)
