Responsibilities
- Manages overall project scope, schedule, and budget
- Oversees design, communications, personnel management, and client communication
- Assists in preparing and implementing annual business goals and multi-year strategic business plans
- Manages personnel within assigned team members
- Creates and tracks project budgets & schedules, identifies potential issues, and oversees sub-consultants
- Ensures project profit objectives are met
- Prepares workload forecasting reports and staffing plans
- Ensures compliance with all environmental, survey, and permitting requirements
- Possesses knowledge of Codes and Standards applicable to design of projects
- Prepares technical and price proposals, statements of interests, amendments, and schedules
- Promotes and supports quality assurance and quality control processes
- Prepares, reviews, and coordinates contract agreement documents
- Identifies new markets and develops leads & opportunities
