- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the ski/snowboard industry (preferred)
- Previous boot fitting experience (preferred)
- Customer service skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Self-motivated
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Assess skiers or riders’ alignment through visual evaluation and physiological methods
- Analyze basic foot functions relative to boot shape, kinesiology, and stance
- Understand techniques for boot modifications and stance alignment protocols
- Present educational discussions on biomechanics
- Demonstrate modifications to buyers
- Fabricate custom foot beds
- Sell ski boots, foot beds, and additional hard goods
- Perform additional daily store duties
