Candidates should possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Education, or Behavior Analysis, and at least three years of experience applying Applied Behavior Analysis principles. They should have strong knowledge of ABA practices, ethical guidelines, and the BACB standards, along with excellent written and oral communication skills.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will conduct behavior assessments to determine client needs, design and oversee individualized treatment plans of care, design measurement and data collection systems, provide case oversight and mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), attend team meetings to drive client outcomes, conduct family training, and manage billing and documentation for all clinical activities. They will also attend monthly meetings with BCBAs and other staff as needed, and maintain a focus on improving their professional CV through research and professional development opportunities.
