Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Biomedical Engineer or similar engineering sector
  • A degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Good IT Skills
  • Familiarity with national regulatory standards
  • Good customer relationship skills
  • Excellent communication

Responsibilities

  • Taking direction from and balancing the needs of Biomed Team Leaders and Account Manager to support the contract and meet KPI’s
  • Carry out Preventative and corrective maintenance on medical equipment as per manufacturer’s guidelines
  • Complete all relevant administrative tasks while maintaining and improving data quality into CMS tool
  • Maintain daily communications with customers as directed, to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction
  • As instructed, implement GE/customer facility contract, supporting business goals and objectives
  • Assist wider team where needed to meet local or global goals
  • Comply with GE leadership behaviours
  • Take ownership within workshop and comply with local H&S regulations
  • Awareness of and compliance with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations
