Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Biomedical Engineer or similar engineering sector
- A degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Good IT Skills
- Familiarity with national regulatory standards
- Good customer relationship skills
- Excellent communication
Responsibilities
- Taking direction from and balancing the needs of Biomed Team Leaders and Account Manager to support the contract and meet KPI’s
- Carry out Preventative and corrective maintenance on medical equipment as per manufacturer’s guidelines
- Complete all relevant administrative tasks while maintaining and improving data quality into CMS tool
- Maintain daily communications with customers as directed, to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction
- As instructed, implement GE/customer facility contract, supporting business goals and objectives
- Assist wider team where needed to meet local or global goals
- Comply with GE leadership behaviours
- Take ownership within workshop and comply with local H&S regulations
- Awareness of and compliance with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations
