BE/BTech qualification
7 to 11 years of overall experience (with 4+ years specifically in Power Apps and Power Automate; 5-7 years leading Analytics projects for large Retail clients)
Skill in Data Management - Microsoft Power Apps
Expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate to design, build, and maintain custom business applications
Strong domain knowledge in Retail Industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment with tight schedules and under pressure
Ability to do POCs to showcase Microsoft Power BI capabilities to customers
Very strong SQL skills in at least one DB technology (Teradata preferred, or Oracle, UDB)
Understanding of ETL process, good database knowledge, and experience writing complex SQL queries
Good hands-on experience with Azure Stack – Azure SQL Datawarehouse, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Analysis Services (AAS)

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze data, prepare reports by understanding the right representation technique for a given data set
Create and implement process improvements throughout the reporting process
Liaise with business and technology teams to generate reports
Develop custom applications using Power Apps for specific business scenarios, ranging from simple forms to complex enterprise solutions
Automate repetitive business processes using Power Automate, such as approvals, notifications, and data synchronization
Integrate Power Apps with databases like Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, or external APIs for seamless data management
Build interactive visualizations and dashboards in Power BI to enable data-driven decision making and monitor business performance
Collaborate closely with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into solutions
