Responsibilities

Einführung neuer Medizinprodukte in die Produktion
Entwicklung neuer Produktionsprozesse (Entwicklung der Betriebsmittel, Industrialisierung, Automatisierung, Qualifizierung / Prozessvalidierung und deren Dokumentation (IQ/OQ/PQ))
Verantwortung über die bestehenden Produktionsprozesse bei Lieferanten und in der eigenen Fertigung unserer Medizinprodukte
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit R&D, Sourcing, QA und Produktion
Berücksichtigung der Vorgaben der FDA, der MDR und der ISO-Norm 13485 für die Medizintechnik und der produktrelevanten Normen
Wartung und Instandhaltung der Betriebs- und Prüfmittel
