This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions. Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance from Durham, NC or Winston Salem, NC.
Work shift options include 4 AM - 12:30 PM (EST), 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM (EST), and 11PM – 7AM (EST), with every other weekend commitment of two 12-hour shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Team members are required to work on holidays as part of a rotating schedule, for 40 weekly hours.
Requires MA/MS in social work, counseling or a related behavioral health field or a degree in nursing, and minimum of 3 years of experience with facility-based and/or outpatient psychiatric and substance abuse treatment. Current active unrestricted license such as LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT or Clinical Psychologist is required.
Bilingual ability is preferred but not required for this role.
A current active unrestricted license such as LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT or Clinical Psychologist to practice as a health professional within the scope of licensure in applicable states is required. For states that do not require licensure, a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) is acceptable under specific criteria.
