Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and ideally have experience working with children, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as well as the ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications such as RBT.

Responsibilities

The Behavior Technician will implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), providing one-on-one support to children with Autism to acquire new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. They will collect data, provide feedback to the BCBA, create engaging learning environments, and participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
