Requirements

Responsibilities

The Behavior Technician will implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), providing one-on-one support to children with autism to acquire new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. They will collect data on client progress, participate in training sessions, and collaborate with the BCBA team to ensure effective implementation of the treatment program. Additionally, they will contribute to a positive and engaging learning environment through recreational activities and creative teaching strategies.
