Requirements
- Minimaal een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 3 in de zorg (bijvoorbeeld Maatschappelijke Zorg of Verzorgende IG)
- Flexibel inzetbaar over meerdere locaties in Volendam
Responsibilities
- Werken met ouder wordende cliënten met uiteenlopende zorgvragen en niveaus van zelfstandigheid
- Ondersteunen bij het dagelijks leven, zoals helpen bij het opstarten van de dag, gesprekken voeren, samen koken, aanreiken van medicatie en specifieke verpleegtechnische handelingen (bijv. diabeteszorg, epilepsie of stomazorg)
- Inschatten wanneer taken over te nemen en wanneer cliënten aan te moedigen om het zelf te doen
- Werken op verschillende woonlocaties in Volendam, zowel zelfstandig als samen met collega’s
- Samenwerken met een persoonlijk begeleider in een koppelstructuur voor het opstellen en uitvoeren van acties rondom cliënten
