  • Flexibel inzetbaar over meerdere locaties in Volendam

Responsibilities

  • Werken met ouder wordende cliënten met uiteenlopende zorgvragen en niveaus van zelfstandigheid
  • Ondersteunen bij het dagelijks leven, zoals helpen bij het opstarten van de dag, gesprekken voeren, samen koken, aanreiken van medicatie en specifieke verpleegtechnische handelingen (bijv. diabeteszorg, epilepsie of stomazorg)
  • Inschatten wanneer taken over te nemen en wanneer cliënten aan te moedigen om het zelf te doen
  • Werken op verschillende woonlocaties in Volendam, zowel zelfstandig als samen met collega’s
  • Samenwerken met een persoonlijk begeleider in een koppelstructuur voor het opstellen en uitvoeren van acties rondom cliënten
