  • Werken op diverse locaties met verschillende cliënten en ondersteuningsvragen
  • Ondersteuning bieden in ontwikkeling en zelfredzaamheid volgens het op maat gemaakte ondersteuningsplan
  • Ondersteunen in dagelijkse bezigheden, opbouwen en onderhouden van sociale contacten
  • Persoonlijke verzorging verrichten

  • Kennis en ervaringen delen met collega's om samen te groeien en te innoveren
