Responsibilities
- Werken met ouder wordende cliënten met uiteenlopende zorgvragen en niveaus van zelfstandigheid op een 24-uurs woonlocatie
- Ondersteunen bij het dagelijks leven: helpen bij opstarten van de dag, samen koken, aanreiken van medicatie
- Uitvoeren van specifieke verpleegtechnische handelingen zoals diabeteszorg, epilepsie of stomazorg
- Inschatten wanneer iets over te nemen en wanneer aan te moedigen om het zelf te doen
- Samenwerken met een persoonlijk begeleider in een koppelstructuur
- Opstellen en uitvoeren van acties rondom een aantal cliënten
