Requirements

Responsibilities
- Ansprechpartnerfunktion: Unterstützung von Vertriebspartnern und Kreditinstituten als zentrale Schnittstelle im gesamten Vermittlungsprozess
- Antragsbearbeitung: Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Baufinanzierungsanträgen mit Fokus auf Qualität und Effizienz
- Koordination: Abstimmung mit Vertriebspartnern, Banken und internen Fachabteilungen zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
- Dokumentenmanagement: Einholung, Kontrolle und strukturierte Ablage relevanter Unterlagen (z. B. Objektunterlagen, Bonitätsnachweise, Beleihungsunterlagen)
- Unterstützung: Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Finalisierung von Baufinanzierungsanfragen, insbesondere in komplexen Fällen
- Datenpflege: Pflege und Aktualisierung von Datenbanken sowie CRM-Systemen
