Responsibilities
- Delight customers with consistent, welcoming, and engaging customer service
- Work within a world-class coffee program using the best coffee equipment (eversys cameos and shotmasters) to prepare drinks
- Complete training to ensure proper measures are in place to maintain food and beverage freshness and quality
- Implement systems to avoid product wastage, adjusting par levels based on business peaks and lows
- Maintain NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOH) standards
