Responsibilities
- Delight customers with consistent, welcoming, and engaging customer service, turning customers into regulars
- Work within a world-class coffee program using the best coffee equipment (eversys cameos and shotmasters) to prepare drinks
- Complete training to ensure proper measures are in place for food and beverage handling, maintaining freshness and quality
- Implement systems to avoid product wastage, adjusting par levels based on business peaks and lows
- Maintain Department of Health (DOH) standards at all times
- Possess full knowledge and adherence to all product, service, and brand training playbooks
