Responsibilities
- Delight customers with consistent, welcoming, and engaging customer service, striving to turn every customer into a regular
- Prepare delicious coffee and cafe beverages using the eversys cameos and shotmasters equipment
- Complete all training to ensure proper handling of food and beverage to maintain freshness and quality
- Implement systems to minimize product waste, adjusting par levels based on business peaks and lows
- Maintain NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOH) standards at all times
