Responsibilities
- Delight customers with consistent, welcoming, and engaging customer service, striving to turn every customer into a regular
- Work within a world-class coffee program using the eversys cameos and shotmasters to prepare delicious drinks
- Complete all training to ensure proper measures are in place for food and beverage handling, maintaining freshness and quality
- Implement systems to minimize product wastage, adjusting par levels based on business peaks and lows
- Maintain Local Department of Health standards at all times
- Possess full and complete knowledge of product, service, and brand training playbooks
- Participate in initiatives with Operations and marketing teams to increase foot traffic, new customers, daily sales, and operational profitability
