Responsibilities
- Supervise the bakery team to deliver on the business plan, communicate goals, execute company programs, adhere to policies, and advocate for members, associates, and the company
- Work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the club meets member expectations
- Maintain expertise by ensuring department compliance with company and regulatory standards, sharing knowledge, training the team on products, recipes, and specifications
- Leverage digital tools to plan sales, improve shopping experience, elevate associate engagement, and make real-time decisions on production, training, and quality
- Drive business results through operational excellence, appropriate planning/staffing for volumes, consistency in quality/food safety/policies, accurate inventory/audits/compliance, and merchandise production/display per layout plans
- Act as a talent ambassador by teaching/training the team, developing skills for high-quality products, encouraging career growth, and sourcing new talent
- Develop, communicate, and implement processes/practices to meet business needs by analyzing information, monitoring progress, and addressing improvements
- Demonstrate, promote, and support compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity; assist with correcting issues using the Open Door Policy
- Lead/participate in teams by coordinating assignments, providing support/feedback, ensuring timelines/quality, and modeling adaptation to change
