Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in backend development, specifically with .Net technologies
  • Proven experience in a leadership or team lead role
  • Strong proficiency in .Net Core, C#, and related frameworks
  • Experience with API design and development
  • Familiarity with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of backend developers to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Architect and develop robust backend systems leveraging .Net frameworks
  • Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements
  • Ensure best practices in coding, application design, and development processes are followed
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend issues and bugs
  • Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to existing code and processes
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovative solutions
