Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain core backend services within Lendbuzz’s microservices infrastructure in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
  • Drive cross-functional impact by building scalable infrastructure used horizontally across multiple product teams
  • Build deep technical and business understanding, resisting specialization silos to stay adaptable and valuable across domains
  • Partner with engineers to architect system frameworks for new product and platform initiatives
  • Research, prototype, and implement tools that enhance backend service performance and reliability
  • Upgrade and maintain microservice ecosystems, including database infrastructure and deployment workflows
  • Design and develop internal tooling while ensuring clean integration with third-party APIs and services
  • Contribute to the lifecycle of customer-facing products—expansion, testing, release—ensuring stability and measurable impact
