Requirements
Candidates should possess 5+ years of software engineering experience, a genuine passion for Generative AI technologies, strong proficiency in Go or a modern programming language for backend service development, and deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices. Practical knowledge of operating production services, including CI/CD, monitoring, and Kubernetes, is required, along with experience with AWS services like S3, Bedrock, Sagemaker, and RDS. Furthermore, a solid grasp of multithreading, concurrency, and parallel processing, knowledge of LLM integrations and AI/ML platforms, and experience with message queues and event-driven architectures are necessary.
Responsibilities
As a Backend Engineer, you will design and implement scalable cloud services using Go, build reusable platform components and frameworks, develop and operate secure LLM deployments, create deep integrations with internal enterprise systems, build high-performance data processing pipelines, engineer agentic workflows and autonomous agent capabilities, and engage directly with internal users to understand requirements and provide technical consultation. You will also own features end-to-end, drive innovation in the Generative AI landscape, and participate in on-call responsibilities.
