Experience with backend development, building robust APIs, workflows, and fintech capabilities
Ability to solve complex fintech problems, including ledger-driven systems across payments, payroll, treasury, and compliance
Proficiency in designing services for scale, handling high-volume, multi-currency transactions with safety, concurrency, and idempotency
Knowledge of Web3/on-chain financial infrastructure, including stablecoins, trust-minimized flows, Ethereum, Solidity, Truffle/Hardhat, and L1/L2 frameworks (e.g., Arbitrum, Base)
Experience integrating APIs from Web3 partners (custodians, on/off-ramps, networks, compliance vendors)
Familiarity with smart contracts for financial operations (escrow, payouts, invoicing, treasury automation)
Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams with frontend engineers, PMs, designers, and QA
Location in EMEA region (remote)

Responsibilities

Collaborate in a cross-functional team with frontend engineers, PMs, designers, and QA to deliver seamless financial experiences
Participate in product planning, including discovery, scoping, technical design, and deployment
Develop and enhance features, build robust APIs, workflows, and fintech capabilities; fix bugs
Deliver customer-centric engineering, ensuring reliability, clarity, and excellent user experience
Solve complex fintech problems and build ledger-driven systems across payments, payroll, treasury, and compliance
Build for scale, designing services handling high-volume, multi-currency transactions with safety, concurrency, and idempotency
Enable on-chain payroll and settlements using stablecoins and trust-minimized flows
Integrate APIs from leading Web3 partners (custodians, on/off-ramps, networks, compliance vendors)
Contribute to smart contracts that power real financial operations (escrow, payouts, invoicing, treasury automation)
Work with modern blockchain dev stacks: Ethereum, Solidity, Truffle/Hardhat, L1/L2 frameworks (Arbitrum, Base)
