Requirements

Candidates should possess solid experience with PHP development, a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns, and proficiency with Unix/Linux command-line tools. They should also have experience using Git or other version control systems, along with advanced English skills for effective communication with international teams. A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, and familiarity with AWS and JavaScript is considered a nice to have.

Responsibilities

The Back-End Software Engineer - PHP will develop and maintain software features using PHP technologies, learn and apply Python to support integrations and automation workflows, and gain hands-on experience with integration tools. They will troubleshoot and resolve software issues, collaborate on testing and debugging, support and improve system integrations, follow software engineering best practices and Agile methodologies, and research and evaluate technical options to meet project requirements. Additionally, they will write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, work with databases to manage data effectively, and collaborate with UX designers, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
