Requirements
Candidates must possess over 5 years of experience as a Back-End Engineer, with demonstrated knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker. Proficiency in Node.js, Postgres/Mysql, and RabbitMq/Nats/Kafka is required, along with experience in infrastructure, observability/monitoring tools, and building CI/CD pipelines. Strong system design, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills are essential, as are excellent communication skills for orchestrating projects across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
The Back-End Engineer will work on the edge between DevOps and engineering, enforcing standards and best practices. Responsibilities include creating tooling, maintaining internal libraries, providing architectural guidance, owning high-loaded core services, and responding to production incidents. Experience building Internal Developer Platforms and tooling is a plus.
