Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and have experience in cloud architecture, with a strong understanding of AWS services and infrastructure. They should also hold a TS/SCI security clearance and demonstrate expertise in operational and information environments, strategic and operational integration, and experience within the Commands and organizations they support.

Responsibilities

The Field Application Engineer will provide onsite technical expertise and assistance to the Commands they support, acting as a conduit between the Government PMO and the Commands/Stakeholders. They will assist in the creation of best practices, draft and document Command tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) and standard operating procedures (SOP), integrate JCC2 capabilities with organizational data, systems, and processes, and provide expertise in developing new test cases and testing new features. Additionally, they will perform project management functions, provide customer support through installation and troubleshooting, and participate in the establishment of customer satisfaction metrics, while utilizing their analytical skills to support process improvement and specialized studies.
