Candidates need 10+ years of suspension engineering experience including 5+ years in advanced vehicle development, expertise in suspension dynamics kinematics and performance requirements, proficiency in NX CAD TeamCenter and GD&T, knowledge of manufacturing processes materials and design-for-serviceability, excellent physics-based critical thinking, strong project management and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
A Master’s degree in Engineering, suspension architecture experience with recognized technical contributions like patents or publications, experience mentoring multidisciplinary teams and driving innovation, and DFSS Master Black Belt Certification are preferred.
