Automotive background
Hands-on experience in Autosar Architecture and workflows
Hands-on experience in Autosar stacks: COM stack (FlexRay, CAN, LIN), Memory Stack, Diagnostic Stack, OS, Wdg
Experience with 32-bit Microcontroller Architectures: Renesas RH family / Tricore / PowerPC / Arm
Working experience in ADAS, Infotainment or Gateway
Knowledge of Automotive Product Development Process (ASPICE, ISO26262)
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum SW development process

Responsibilities

Analyzing customer requirements and converting them to design and code
Leading AUTOSAR based embedded SW development for products
Performing AUTOSAR modeling and system configuration (SWC compositions like Component instances, connectors)
Optimizing AUTOSAR based SW architecture in multicore environment
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovation or overcome obstacles of owned modules
Planning, monitoring, and managing time effectively against targets
