Requirements

  • Graduate in BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech (Electricals/Electronics/Instrumentation, Robotics) with 10-15 years of work experience
  • In-depth expertise in AUTOSAR Classic architecture (BSW, MCAL, RTE) with strong embedded software fundamentals
  • Solid understanding of multi-core systems, real-time OS concepts (OSEK/RTOS/QNX/Linux), and embedded architectures
  • Hands-on experience with configuration/integration tools like Vector DaVinci, EB Tresos, or equivalent
  • Proficient in communication and diagnostic protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet, UDS)
  • Strong knowledge of safety and security standards (ISO 26262, ASIL, Secure Boot)
  • Skilled in C/C++, UML, and software design documentation; familiarity with OTA, bootloaders, and ECU virtualization
  • Experience in model-based development (MATLAB/Simulink) and AUTOSAR integration workflows is an added advantage
  • Good communication skills and a go-getter attitude to challenge ideas and achieve career aspirations

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements and design high-level software architecture, including defining safety and control data flows
  • Define and maintain end-to-end AUTOSAR system architecture ensuring alignment across MCAL, RTE, and application layers
  • Lead BSW stack integration and standardize software interfaces (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, SOME/IP)
  • Design scalable, reusable architectures supporting multiple ECUs and hardware platforms
  • Guide teams in AUTOSAR toolchain configuration (DaVinci, Tresos, Arctic Studio) and stack definitions
  • Ensure compliance with AUTOSAR, ASPICE, and ISO 26262 standards while optimizing ECU performance
  • Collaborate with system/hardware architects, OEMs, and Tier-1s; mentor teams, conduct reviews, and drive debugging and KPI tracking
  • Lead the development and integration of AUTOSAR Classic across multiple domains (powertrain, ADAS, body, and infotainment)
